  • Renunciation of Belizean Citizenship
     

• Replacement of Nationality Certificates:

  • ​Transfer of Certificate from Parents

  • Regular Replacement (Certificates without photograph, DOB/damaged)

  • Lost Certificates

FIRST ISSUE NATIONALITY BY DESCENT

• Birth Certificate 

Copy of Passport 

*If applicant does not have a passport, kindly have birth certificate apostille 

• Belizean Parents 

( ) Birth Certificate or ( ) Nationality Certificate 

( ) Copy of Photo ID or ( ) Copy of Parent's Belizean Passport/Death Certificate 

• Marriage Certificate (if applicable) 

• 4 Photographs 

• Payment receipt 

• Affidavit if parent name is different on documents submitted
